Notice Text:
Subject: Post Cycle and Retroactive Nominations
Pursuant to Section 28.1(d)(ii) of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco’s FERC Gas Tariff, Transco accepts nominations in the Post Cycle as long as it is operationally feasible for Transco to accommodate the requested nomination. Consistent with its tariff, in order to determine whether Post Cycle nominations are operationally feasible, Transco will manually evaluate all Post Cycle nominations at all interconnect locations and approve or reject each nomination based on Transco’s system conditions. Therefore, Transco will reject Post Cycle nominations which are not operationally feasible.
As part of this manual evaluation, Transco intends to perform an initial evaluation of all Post Cycle nominations at 8:00 a.m. (CST) and a final evaluation at 10:00 a.m. (CST) each day during which it will review all Post Cycle nominations and determine whether the requested Post Cycle nominations are operationally feasible. Following the initial evaluation, Transco will contact the parties with Post Cycle nominations which are not operationally feasible so that they have an opportunity to modify their nominations prior to the 10:00 a.m. (CST) deadline for Post Cycle nominations.
Pursuant to Section 39 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco’s FERC Gas Tariff, Transco allows adjustments to prior scheduled quantities after the Post Cycle deadline if all parties affected by the reallocation (including Transco) consent to the adjustment. These requests must also be operationally feasible. Consistent with its tariff, in order to determine whether these retroactive adjustments are operationally feasible and/or whether Transco consents to the adjustments, Transco will evaluate all retroactive adjustments at all interconnect locations and approve or reject each nomination based on Transco’s system conditions and imbalance positions. Transco intends to begin conducting this evaluation for all retroactive adjustments beginning December 10, 2024.
