Subject: Transco (Job 1077742) 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco is performing a necessary pipeline tie-in outage on the South Virginia Lateral related to Transco’s Commonwealth Energy Connector Project, which requires meter location outages. This maintenance is currently scheduled to begin May 19, 2025 with a completion date of May 26, 2025. The locations identified below will not be available for gas scheduling or flow:
