Subject: Washington Storage Semi-Annual (Job 33862) 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary

Transco’s Job #33862, as referenced in Transco’s 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary is currently scheduled to begin on April 22, 2025 through April 29, 2025.

During this period, Station 54 and the associated Washington storage facility will not be available to complete required DOT compliance testing and other maintenance activities. Services under all WSS rate schedules may not be available during this period due to Operating Conditions resulting from this planned equipment outage.

Transco requests all WSS storage customers not to provide any quantities for injection under any WSS rate schedule during this period. The scheduling of WSS withdrawal services is not expected to be impacted. If Transco is required to restrict WSS injections, additional advance notice may be limited.

This work will also reduce system flexibility and recommend all parties maintain a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
