This notice only applies to shippers currently exceeding their pack tolerance.

 

PACK TOLERANCE

Suppliers: 

Minimum 500 GJ - Maximum of 0%

Non-Suppliers: 

Minimum 500 GJ - Maximum of 0% up to 5,000 GJ

Marketers: 

Mandatory zero balance

 

EFFECTIVE PERIOD

Start: 

April 21, 2025 09:00 CCT

End: 

Until further notice

 

ACTION

Mandatory balancing within tolerance

 
 

REASON

With the current high linepack, all shipper accounts must be corrected to avoid a potential swing gas event. Shippers are required to correct Cumulative Supply Imbalance to within the limits of the Balancing Tolerance Range pursuant to Article 6.12 of the Tariff General Terms & Conditions (GT & Cs). Balance tolerence ranges have been changed to 0/-8% for Supply Shippers and 0/-2% for Non-Supply Shippers. If insufficient shipper correction results in a swing gas event, shippers under this notice will be subject to their pro rata share of the swing gas charges pursuant to Article 6.15 of the GT & Cs.
